The services provided by the Engineering Contracts & Grants Accounting Section are:

• Provides contracts and grants accounting services to faculty, staff and departments within the College of Engineering, and other UF departments as requested
  
• Invoices agencies according to contract and grant specifications
  
• Provides training to departmental personnel as needed
  
• Prepares and submits financial reports to agencies as required by contract guidelines
  
• Deposits and maintains records of payments received from agencies
  
• Provides expert information on OMB circulars, Federal and state guidelines, etc.
  
• Maintains contract and grant accounting records in a manner that will afford fast access to accurate data and facilitate future review as required
  
• Submits financial and other data to internal customers as requested as well as to various governmental agencies in accordance with their reporting requirements
