& Personnel Office Administration Fiscal Office
The Administration Fiscal Office prepares fiscal reports for the Director of the Finance and
Personnel Office. We also maintain fiscal records for Administration's accounts and monitor
processing of subcontract invoices and requests for access to the Dean's Network. Budget &
Planning
Collects, tabulates, and checks data on budget, financial and
statistical reports for the College of Engineering. Contracts & Grants Accounting
The Contracts and Grants Accounting (CNG) section serves its customers by providing
accounting services and information. Our customers are comprised of departments and personnel of
the College of Engineering and other UF entities as well as public and private donors, other
universities, and regulatory agencies. Management Information Systems
The Management Information Systems (MIS) section supports the Information Technology resources
of the College of Engineering. MIS also directly supports the server and workstation
infrastructure of the administration, maintains the Internet point-of-presence for the College,
and acts as network, software license, and security liasons for the entire College.
Personnel &
Payroll
The Personnel & Payroll (PNP) section serves the departments in the
College of Engineering as an information resource to resolve problems relating to all areas of
personnel and payroll. PNP also provides education opportunities and instructs in personnel and
payroll policies and procedures. Processing
The
Processing section audits and processes vendor payments, interdepartmental
transactions for all departments of the College of Engineering.
