Mission Statement

To provide prompt, top quality research administration services to the faculty and staff of the College of Engineering in order to contribute to the College being recognized as a world leader in engineering education, research and service.

Goals

• Improve customer relations as evidenced by improvement in key areas of the customer survey.
• Create a positive, professional, teamwork environment as evidenced by an improvement in the internal and external surveys.
• Implement Microsoft ACCESS.
• Streamline processing of documents.
• Improve internal and external communications.
• Continue Total Quality Management Program.
