Received Email from Dr. Annable advising of some possible vendors which was may could use for subcontracting plan. If qualify he could estimate who much we might spend at each place. I will run vendors thru the SBA website to see if they may qualify.

Received request from Purdue University asking that the status of the Subcontract. Penidng subcontract plan before we can award. I will check with Jan but I don't believe we can proceed until the award is received.

Draft of subcontract sent to Lacey at RAC today for her review. Also, asking if she has completed and returned the vendor forms. Once this is done, we can obtain the ENC number and send the Final Subcontract. Copied both Dona and Mr. Pedler.

Jan reviewed file. We updated Appendix A, per the review of the proposal the $35K inkind Contribution was not submitted with the Proposal to the Army. Since it was not part of initial proposal, this section was removed from the letter.

Jan back from vacation. Advised we sill have not received the breakdown. I was able to locate a small description in the budget justificaiton that may help. Jan advsied me of vendors in the SBA site. Roz advsied that we should ck with Dr. Hatfield C

Received email from Jan which contained a revised budget prepared by Dona. Also, Dona is working on getting the RAS subcontract payment terms info. Follow up set for Payment terms.

Dona provided budget for the subcontract to RAS. Also advised that this would be a Cost Reimbursable type subcontract. Dona also completed the Source Selection Form and adv Lacey is working on the Vend Forms No Enc number until REG. File given to Jan

John came into office to bring a proposal and advised that he will be working on this request the first of next week. Advised we need asap as Jan will be back on Tuesday and she is helping me with the subcontracting plan.

Email from Ms. Spears asking on how we are proceeding with the subcontract plan. Advised of delay due to PI being out of Country. Advised Jan is on vacation and I will keep her advsied as she is helping me with the Sub Plan.

Sent request to John in regards to breakdown on Materials and supplies and Analysis. This is delayed due to Dr. Annable beign out of the Country. Check with John to see if maybe Dr. Hatfield could provide some information as he is Co-PI.

Dr. Annable provided a list of 10 possible vendors. 8 are listed as large business and the other two are not listed on the SBA website. Dr. Annable stated it would help if there was a list of Gainesville Supplies that would qualify. Checking w/Jan.

Proposal updated in Peoplesoft. Dr. Annable is still out of the Country and we have not received a breakdwon of the Materials and supplies.

per Dr. Hatfield and John, Dr Annable is back in US. TC from Dr. Annable to advise that he reviewed the profile. He advised that 70% of the work will be done thru FISHER(Lab). Only about $2000.00 is all we could use for the Vendors, a few may be suit

Checked with Jan in regards to Dr. Annable's response. Jan advised that if the plan is submitted with only 1 or 2k that it will be rejected, like the one she just did. This will delay the project further. Also, if the vendors are listed, must be used
