Dr. Idalis Villanueva received the 2021 UF CTE Exemplary Online Award with an additional distinction for Quality of Course Materials for her graduate course, EGN6933 Online Pedagogy for Engineers!

The Exemplary Online Awards recognize exemplary and innovative practices in online teaching and course production. To be eligible, courses must have 80% or more of the content and activities available to students online.

Dr. Villanueva joined the Engineering Education Department in the University of Florida at Gainesville in summer 2020 as an Associate Professor.
