The ELI is at the nexus of helping create a new brand of engineer\u2026.one who has a fundamental understanding and mindset about the importance of leadership in helping solve complex engineering and technology problems for the betterment of society and transforming the way we live, work, and play. Our experiential and educational curriculum focuses on delivering the skill sets needed to distinguish and prepare our students for leadership roles in whatever paths their careers take them.
